Abstract
Trendi na področju IT-ja se premikajo v tako imenovano računalništvo v oblaku. Raziskali bomo osnovne koncepte oblaka, nato pase osredotočili na infrastrukturo. Pri postavitvi računalniškega centra se navadno soočimo z vzpostavitvijo velikega števila fizičnih strežnikov ter njihovimi nastavitvami, na njih pa s pomočjo virtualizacije, še več virtualnih sistemov. Za raziskovanje problematike smo izbrali ogrodje Crowbar, kjer je večina programske kode prosto dostopne. Ogrodje zajema identifikacijo strojne opreme, namestitev osnovnega sistema, do nameščanja posamezne programske opreme in nastavitev za delovanje same infrastrukture za IaaS. Z ogrodjem Crowbar obvladujemo kompleksnosti IT infrastrukture.
Praktični del je narejen na odprtokodni oziroma brezplačni programski opremi.

Secondary abstract: |
Trends in IT are moving to the so-called cloud computing. We will explore basic concepts
of cloud computing and then focus on infrastructure. When establishing a large scale computer centre, we are usually confronted with a large amount of physical servers and their settings, and by using virtualization on these servers we have to manage even more virtual systems. To explore the issue we selected Crowbar framework, where most of the source code is freely available. The framework includes hardware identification, base system install, specific software install and settings for operations in infrastructure for IaaS. With Crowbar framework we are managing the complexity of IaaS.
The practical work is done by using open-source or free software. |
