Abstract

Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je dobiti aplikativno rešitev načrtovanja tehnološkega procesa laserskega izreza za avtomatski ovijalni stroj, ki bo podjetju dala vpogled nad uporabljenim materialom in časom za obdelavo. Prikazan je postopek razčlenitve stroja na različne sklope, da dobimo dele primerne za laserski razrez, ter postopek programiranja s programom TRUTOPS 5.1. Izračunana je poraba materiala, potrebnega za ovijalni stroj na podlagi NC programov. Opravljena je bila analiza delovnega procesa z metodo snemanja s kronometrom, za katero so izračunane norme in čas laserskega izreza celotnega stroja. Dobljeni rezultati so obravnavani kritično z mislijo na nadaljnjo optimizacijo.

Secondary abstract: The main objective of this thesis is to get an applicative solution for laser cutting process planning of parts for automatic wrapping machine that will give the company the overview and control of material and time used for laser cutting. Methods used in this thesis are procedures of assembly breakdown to get the part suitable for laser cutting and programing with software suite TRUTOPS 5.1. The total usage of material was calculated upon NC programs. A thorough analysis of working process was made with recording method which data was used for calculating norms of total time usage for part cutting. The results of this thesis are critically treated with further optimization in mind.
