Abstract

Predor je gradbeni objekt, ki je lahko namenjen pešcem, cestnemu ali železniškemu prometu in za druge oskrbovalne poti. Poteka lahko skozi goro, pod vodo in pod zemeljskim površjem. Sama gradnja predora je odvisna od zahtevnosti terena, torej predvsem od vrste kamnin, podzemnih vodnih tokov ter tudi od dolžine, velikosti in globine predora. V diplomskem delu so zajete temeljne značilnosti in zgodovina gradenj predorov. Prikazane so osnovne značilnosti izgradnje predorov po novi Avstrijski tunelski metodi, ki se tudi v Republika Slovenija največ uporablja pri gradnjah cestnih in železniških predorov. Predstavljene so značilnosti predora T5 in statični izračun ter dimenzioniranje podpornih elementov.

Secondary abstract: A tunnel is an constructed object that can be used by pedestrians, road and train traffic or for other supply routes. It can run through mountains, under water or below the earth surface. Tunnel construction depends on the complexity of the terrain, mainly type of the rock, underground water flows and the length, size and depth of the tunnel itself. This diploma work covers basic characteristics and history of tunnel construction. It covers fundamental characteristics of constructing tunnels by the New Austrian Tunneling Method presented, which is also the most used construction method in Slovenia when constructing road and train tunnels. Basic characteristics of tunnel T5 are presented with the static calculations and dimensioning of supporting elements.
