Abstract

Za določanje aflatoksinov G1, G2, B1, B2 v oreščkih smo validirali metodo določanja s tekočinsko kromatografijo z uporabo imunoafinitetnih kolon. Rezultate analiziranih vzorcev smo opredelili s pomočjo umeritvene krivulje v koncentracijah od 1 μg/kg do 10 μg/kg. Dovoljena vsebnost vsote aflatoksinov G1, G2, B1, B2 v oreščkih je 4,0 μg/kg. Rezultate smo ovrednotili glede na predpisane zahteve analizne metode (koncentracijsko območje, meja določanja, meja zaznavnosti, ponovljivost, obnovljivost in pravilnost). Validirana metoda za določanje aflatoksinov G1, G2, B1, B2 v oreščkih s tekočinsko kromatografijo z uporabo imunoafinitetnih kolon je primerna in uporabna, kar smo potrdili z uspešnim sodelovanjem v medlaboratorijskim testom.

Secondary abstract: For the determination of aflatoxin G1, G2, B1, B2 in the nuts using liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity columns method validation was performed. The results of the samples were determined using the calibration curve at concentration range from 1 μg/kg to 10 μg/kg. Permissible content of the sum of aflatoxins G1, G2, B1, B2 in nuts is 4.0 μg/kg. The results were evaluated according to the requirements of the analytical method (concentration range, limit of quantification, limit of detection, repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy). With the results of interlaboratory comparison it is confirmed that the proposed method is appropriate for the determination of aflatoxins G1, G2, B1, B2 in the nuts.
