Abstract

Glavni cilj magistrskega dela je prikaz dimenzioniranja nosilca hidroležaja, ki je bil na osnovi konceptnega 3D modela z določenim in testiranim materialom numerično preračunan. Po statičnem preračunu je bilo ugotovljeno, da predlagani 3D model s strani potencialnega kupca ni ustrezal zahtevam, podanim v zvezku zahtev. Odločili smo se za modificiranje 3D modela, in sicer smo povečali nosilnost maksimalno obremenjene ročice ter posledično izboljšali togost oziroma omejili maksimalne primerjalne napetosti v nosilcu. Oba nosilca smo med seboj primerjali, opazili smo razliko v spremenjeni ročici, hkrati pa smo preverili tudi medsebojno razdaljo do drugih komponent na podvozju. Na osnovi pridobljenih rezultatov smo razbrali tudi glavne napetosti σ1 in σ2, ki smo jih potrebovali za izračun življenjske dobe nosilca po napetostni metodi.

Secondary title: Dimensioning of bracket hydraulic mount
Secondary abstract: The main objective of the Master's thesis is the demonstration of dimensioning of bracket hydraulic mount, which was numerically calculated on the basis of concept 3D model with particular and tested material. After static calculation, we realized that the 3D model, suggested by the potential buyer, did not meet the requirements set out in the book of requirements. We decided to modify the 3D model. We increased the capacity of maximum load lever and consequently improved the stiffness. We limited maximal Misses stresses of the bracket. Afterwards, both brackets were compared with each other. We observed the difference of the modified lever and we also checked the distance to other components in the chassis. Based on the obtained results, we dealt with the principal stresses σ1 and σ2, which were needed to calculate the lifetime of the bracket according to the stress method.
