Zagotavljanje pretočnosti pri premeščanju blaga v skladišče druge države

Abstract

V diplomskem delu se bomo ukvarjali z logističnimi izzivi, ki se pojavljajo pri projektu selitve skladiščne vsebine v drugo državo. Predstavili bomo podjetja, ki sodelujejo v projektu in zgodovino podjetja, ki ponuja logistične storitve in organizira projekt selitve skladiščne vsebine v drugo državo. Prikazali bomo osnove skladišč in skladiščenja in pri tem raziskovali procese, ki se odvijajo v skladiščih, nazadnje pa bomo obravnavali področje skladiščnih dokumentacij oz. listin. V poglavju, ki zajema praktičen del, bomo opazovali stanje in iskali vzroke za izvedbo tega projekta. Opredelili bomo predmet selitve, stroške in transport ter natančneje opisali proces izdaje blaga. Prav tako pa bomo v praktičnem delu opredelili probleme, na katere lahko naletimo pri naši analizi, in poskušali podati rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	In this dissertation we will be dealing with logistical challenges that can appear when moving contents of a warehouse to another country. Diploma will consist of presenting companies that are present in this project and describing history of the company that provides logistical services and also organises this project. We will also be describing some basics of warehouses and warehousing as well as processes that are occuring in them. Finally we will be looking closely at warehousing documentation. In the chapter that contains practical part, we will be looking closely at the current state of the warehouse and finding out why is this project even happening. We will be determining subject of relocation, some costs, transport and we will be looking more closely at the process of exporting material. At the very end we will be determining some of the problems that we can encounter when relocating products as well as, finding the solutions for them.
