diplomsko delo
Abstract
Vzgoja otrok vsebuje številne mejnike, dileme, stiske in tudi razvojne težave, ki jih je po mnenju strokovnjakov najbolje reševati v otrokovem najzgodnejšem obdobju. Tako je v diplomskem delu predstavljena šolska svetovalna služba v vrtcu, ki se je v zadnjem času strokovno razvila in napredovala, po kurikularni prenovi vrtcev se je vse bolj uveljavila. Tako smo v teoretičnem delu na podlagi literature predstavili vlogo svetovalne službe v vrtcu, njene naloge, cilje in posebnosti razvojnega svetovanja. Sledi predstavitev sodelovalnega dela v sodelovanju z vzgojitelji, vodstvom šole, starši in zunanjimi inštitucijami, ko so le-te potrebne. V empiričnem deli smo raziskovali, kakšna je stopnja poznavanja dela svetovalnega delavca, kakšna so stališča vzgojiteljev glede obstoječega dela svetovalne službe na različnih področjih dela in katere so tiste ovire, ki onemogočajo uspešno sodelovanje glede na status vrtca in delovno dobo vzgojiteljev. Z rezultati smo pokazali obstoj razlik med obstoječim delom svetovalnega delavca in pričakovanji vzgojiteljev glede slednjega.

Child-rearing consists of numerous milestones, dilemmas, challenges, hardships, and developmental problems, which (according to experts) are best addressed in the earliest stages of child development. This thesis presents the school counsellor service in the nursery, which has recently developed and progressed professionally. After the curricular reform in the nursery, the latter has also gained on its importance. Thus, the theoretical part of the thesis, which is based on literature, presents the role of advisory services in the nursery, its mission, goals, and specifics of development consultancy. The latter is followed by the presentation of cooperative work in collaboration with teachers, school management, parents, and external institutions when they are needed. In the empirical part, we studied the level of knowledge of the counsellor and teachers' views on the existing work of the school counsellor service and its various fields of work. Moreover, we wanted to shed light on the obstacles that hinder successful cooperation based on the kindergarten status and teachers' years of service. With the obtained results, we have shown the existence of differences between the existing work of counsellor educators and teacher's expectations regarding the latter. |
