Abstract

Vsak dan nas vedno znova sili/prepričuje k temu, da smo ustvarjalni. Brez ustvarjalnosti ljudi ne bi bilo mnogih stvari, kot pa jih imamo sedaj. Pri produciranju novih idej si lahko pomagamo s tehnikami ustvarjalnega mišljenja (na primer Brainstorming, Brainwriting in tako dalje). V zvezi z ustvarjalnostjo poznamo nekatere krožke, kot je na primer USOMID. Življenje na Zemlji se spreminja, kakor hitro se pojavljajo inovacije. Beseda inovacija nam pove, da je to dokazana koristna novost, ter da ima svoje odjemalce. Da bi avtorji inovacij bili nagrajeni je pomembno, da se vsakršna novost zaščiti. Pečica HomeChef je najnovejša Gorenjeva pečica z edinstvenim načinom upravljanja na dotik. Pečica tudi v svetovnem merilu predstavlja najnaprednejši način upravljanja pečic doslej. Gorenje d.d. je eno izmed tistih podjetij, ki se zaveda, da le najboljši obstanejo na trgu. Najboljša podjetja so tista, ki se tudi v kriznih časih obdržijo na trgu in vedno znova ustvarjajo, ter so takšna, ki so v ospredju oziroma vodilna glede novosti. Gorenje je podjetje, ki odjemalcem ponuja tisto kar potrebujejo. To je podjetje, ki izdeluje takšne izdelke, ki so prilagojeni potrebam odjemalcev.

Secondary abstract: Every new day always forces/convinces us to the fact, that we are creative. Without creativity of people, we would not have many goods, as we have now. In producing new ideas we can use the techniques of creative thinking (for example Brainstorming, Brainwriting, edc.). In relation to the creativity we know some methods; for example USOMID. Life on Earth is changing as rapidly as developing innovation. The word innovation tells us that this is a proven useful innovation, and that it has costumers. However, that the authors of innovations are compensated is important that any innovation is protected. Oven Homechef is the most advanced oven with a unique mode of touch control. In global scale the oven also presents/introduces progressive way to manage an oven so far. Gorenje d.d. is one of those companies, aware that only the best survive in the market. The best companies are those, which also keep in crisis time on market and are again and again creative, and that are always the first in the innovation. Gorenje is a company that offers what costumers need. This is a company that manufactures such products that are adjusted to the needs of customers.
