Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo pogledali, kaj je komuniciranje in e-komuniciranje, obliko študentskega organiziranja v Sloveniji, BPMN 2.0 notacijo ter sisteme za upravljanje vsebin. Pripravili smo analizo trenutnega spletnega mesta Študentske organizacije Univerze v Mariboru ter obstoječih oblik e-komuniciranja, ki smo jih predstavili s pomočjo modelov pogovora. Pripravili smo vprašalnik, s katerim smo pridobili mnenja uporabnikov o trenutni rešitvi. Na podlagi lastne analize in prejetih odgovorov v vprašalniku smo ugotovili, da na trenutnem spletnem mestu manjka predvsem možnost komuniciranja med uporabniki in zaposlenimi. Pripravili smo predlog izboljšav ter izboljšane modele pogovora. S podanimi predlogi smo s pomočjo sistemov za upravljanje vsebin – Joomla kreirali prototip novega spletnega mesta. Prototip spletnega mesta omogoča uporabnikom komunikacijo z zaposlenimi in posledično lažje pridobivanje informacij.

Secondary abstract: The thesis concerns itself with communication and e-communication, the form of student organisations in Slovenia, BPMN 2.0 notation and content managing systems. We analyzed the current website of The Student Organization of University of Maribor and existent types of e-communication. Our findings were presented with the help of conversation diagram. We prepared a questionnare, which we used to collect user opinions of current solutions. Based on our observations and analysis we concluded that the current website lacks in communication channels between page users and employees. We proposed improvements for the webpage and improved conversation diagrams. Using proposed solutions we prepared a new website prototype, using Joomla content management system. Our website prototype enables users to communicate with employees and consequently improve and simplify information gathering.
