Pomen Poslovno obrtne cone in struktura manjših podjetij za razvoj lokalnega gospodarstva občine Cerkvenjak

Abstract

Diplomsko delo je konceptualno sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in ugotovitvenega (empiričnega). V uvodu sem predstavil Občino Cerkvenjak njene značilnosti in prednosti. V nadaljevanju dela podajam stanje zaposlenosti in brezposelnosti ter dejavnike gospodarskega razvoja določenega okolja. Nadalje teoretično predstavljam mikro, mala in srednja podjetja ter značilno organizacijsko strukturo teh podjetij. Na kratko predstavim tudi pojem podjetniških con in vplivov na regionalno strukturo gospodarstva. Teoretična izhodišča kasneje poskušam aplicirati na konkretnem primeru, to je izgradnja podjetniške cone »Cerkvenjak« ter njen pomen na razvoj lokalnega gospodarstva. V drugem empiričnem delu podajam metodologijo in kasnejše ugotovitve ter sklep. Poslovno obrtna cona je zaključena in v njej poslujejo že prva podjetja. Cilji pomena poslovno obrtne cone in strukture manjših podjetij za razvoj lokalnega gospodarstva so bili sledeči: povečanje zaposlenosti lokalnega prebivalstva, zagotavljanje prostora za poslovno dejavnost, povečanje možnosti investiranja in spodbujanja inovativnosti ter zagotavljanje boljšega ekonomskega stanja prebivalcev Občine Cerkvenjak.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the introduction I presented the Municipality of Cerkvenjak, its characteristics and advantages. After that I presented the employment and unemployment rates and factors of the economical development of a certain area. Furthermore I theoretically presented micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and the typical organizational structure of these enterprises. The term business zone is briefly presented and their effect on the regional economy structure. I tried to apply these theories to the concrete example of the business-trade zone Cerkvenjak and its influence on the development of local economy. In the second, empirical part, I presented the methodology, findings and conclusions. The business-trade zone is complete and already contains some fully operational enterprises. The objectives of the business-trade zone and the structure of small-sized enterprises for the development of the local economy are as follows: raising the local population employment rate, ensuring the space for business activities, increasing the possibilities for investments and encouraging innovation, ensuring a better economical state for the local population of the Municipality of Cerkvenjak.
