Abstract
Spremembe v gospodarstvu se zrcalijo tudi v spremembah na trgu dela. Razmere na trgu dela v Sloveniji se vsakodnevno zelo spreminjajo. Brezposelnost se je v Sloveniji v zadnjem letu močno povečala, saj zaradi nastale gospodarske krize veliko ljudi izgublja zaposlitev. Brezposelnim pa izguba zaposlitve povzroči veliko težav tako socialnih kot tudi emocionalnih. Dolgotrajna brezposelnost pa ima na ljudi veliko negativnih posledic poklicne kariere, ki jih vodi v revščino, prikrajšanost za kulturo in v osamo. Diplomsko nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela: teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem brezposelnost, vrste brezposelnosti, vzroke in posledice brezposelnosti. Raziskali smo brezposelnost v državah Europske unije. V sklopu teoretičnega dela smo se- osredotočili na to, kakšna je stopnja brezposelnosti v Sloveniji, katere so kritične skupine brezposelnih, kakšne metode iskanja zaposlitve poznamo, kako delimo merjenje brezposelnosti in kakšno je izobraževanje brezposelnih. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo prikazali razlike v brezposelnosti med območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Kranj in območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Maribor. Stopnjo brezposelnosti med območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Kranj in območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Maribor smo proučevali glede na: spol, starost, stopnjo izobrazbe in dobo trajanja brezposelnosti. Na podlagi podatkov, ki smo jih pridobili s strani Zavoda Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje, smo opazili, da je brezposelnost nekoliko višja v območni službi Zavoda za zaposlovanje Maribor, in sicer je bilo konec leta 2012 registriranih 8029 brezposelnih oseb, v območni službi Zavoda za zaposlovanje Kranj pa je bilo 2741 registriranih brezposelnih oseb. Po izračunu hipotez smo ugotovili, da obstajajo statistično značilne povezave med območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Maribor in območno službo Zavoda za zaposlovanje Kranj glede na spol, starost, stopnjo izobrazbe in trajanje brezposelnosti.

Changes in the economy are reflected in the changes of labor market. The situation on the labor market in Slovenia is changing on a daily basis. Unemployment in Slovenia in the last year increased significantly due to the current economic crisis, many people are losing jobs. Unemployed job loss not only causes big problems but also other social and emotional difficulties. Long time unemployment has a lot of negative career consequences on people that lead to poverty, deprivation of culture and isolation. Thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part we defined the concept of unemployment, types of unemployment, the causes and consequences of unemployment. We investigated the unemployment in the countries of the European Union. Within the theoretical part, we focused on what the unemployment rate in Slovenia is which are the critical groups of unemployment, what methods of job search we know, how to divide the measurement of unemployment and what is the education of unemployed. In the empirical part of the thesis we have demonstrated differences in unemployment between the regional department of Employment Kranj and service area of Employment Maribor. Unemployment among regional department of Employment Kranj and service area of Employment Maribor were studied in relation to gender, age, education level and duration of unemployment. Based on the information we have obtained from the institute of the Republic of Slovenia for employment, we noted that the unemployment rate was slightly higher in the regional offices of the Employment Maribor. Through the end of 2012 there were 8029 registered unemployed persons. In the regional offices of Employment Service Kranj there were 2741 registered unemployed persons. By calculation hypotheses, we found that there is statistically significant relationship between the service area of Employment Maribor and the service area of Employment Kranj, regardless of the gender, age, educational level and duration of unemployment. |
