Vodenje družinskega podjetja v času krize

Abstract

Za diplomsko delo sem izbral vodenje družinskega podjetja v času krize, ker je tema aktualna, ker sem o tej temi želel izvedeti več in ker sem imel dostop do podatkov podjetja, kar mi je pri pisanju diplomskega dela močno pomagalo. V svojem diplomskem delu sem najprej opredelil družinsko podjetje, vpliv družinskih podjetij na gospodarstvo ter prednosti in slabosti družinskih podjetij. Nato sem opisal svetovno gospodarsko in finančno krizo, njene začetke, vpliv krize v Evropi, v Sloveniji ter natančneje opisal krizo v transportnem sektorju. Zapisal sem tudi nekatere protikrizne ukrepe, ki so bili sprejeti v Sloveniji. V glavnem delu sem opisal družinsko podjetje, njegovo zgodovino, delovanje ter rast podjetja od njegove ustanovitve. Nadalje sem opisal vpliv krize na podjetje in področja v podjetju, ki jih je kriza najbolj prizadela. Na koncu sem opisal še, kako se je podjetje rešilo stečaja.

Secondary abstract:	I choose managing of family business during crisis as a topic of my diploma paper, regarding actual Economy crisis in the World and because I wanted to find out more about that topic. First of all I clarified what family business is, characteristics of family business, impact on the economy of family business and advantages and disadvantages of family business. Than I have described the global economic crisis, beginnings of the global economic crisis, impact of the crisis in Europe and in Slovenia, especially in the transport sector. In the main part I described the chosen company, its history, growth of the company since establishment. Furthermore I have described the impact of the crisis on the company and the scope of the undertaking by the hardest hit. Finally, I have described how the company solved bankruptcy.
