Abstract

V delu diplomskega seminarja smo spoznali, da je najenostavnejša oblika rasti podjetja s pomočjo franšiznega poslovanja. Ta oblika se uveljavlja, kadar želimo na najhitrejši način brez dodatnega truda povečati svoj posel in tako sklenemo franšizno pogodbo, ki poteka med jemalcem in dajalcem franšize. Celo diplomsko delo se veže na master-franšizo, ki je ena izmed oblik franšizinga. Master-franšiza nudi jemalcu posebne pravice, s pomočjo katerih lahko jemalec širi naprej poslovanje, le če mu dajalec odobri. Opisali smo tudi obveznosti franšizorja in franšiziji v pogodbi in prednosti ter slabosti obeh, kar spada k franšiznemu poslovanju. Naredili smo tudi raziskavo, kjer smo upoštevali teoretična znanja. V raziskavo smo vključili dva konkurenčna franšizna jemalca in stranke oziroma kupce. Kupci so ena izmed odločilnih dejavnikov za rast podjetja, saj brez njih nobeno poslovanje ne poteka.

Secondary title: Business development opportunities through a master-franchise
Secondary abstract: In this diploma we discovered, that the easiest way for company growth is the franchise system. For a fast business expansion this form is used as a contract between the franchisee and franchisor and enables quick growth without much effort. The whole diploma is based on the master-franchise system, which is one of the franchise forms. The master franchise offers its franchisee special rights with which the user can expand the business further, if the franchisor allows it. We also described the obligations of the franchisee and franchisor, made in a franchise contract. We also pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of both, which is part of the franchise business. We also made a research for which we used our gained theoretical knowledge. The research contains two competing franchisees and their customers. Consumers are one of the main factors for company growth, because without them business is almost not possible.
