Uporaba vrednostne analize pri razvoju večfunkcionalne mize

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem opisal in prikazal uporabo vrednostne analize in njen pomen na primeru razvoja izdelka Politray, ki smo ga s sošolci razvijali v okviru projektne naloge. Po splošni in teoretični predstavitvi vrednostne analize s preučevanjem strokovne literature sem v nadaljevanju opisal in prikazal njeno praktično uporabo na primeru našega projekta razvoja novega izdelka. Prikazal sem, kako smo z uporabo metod vrednostne analize dosegli optimizirane konstrukcijske rešitve in stroške ter kaj ta pomembna in koristna izvedba analize pomeni z vidika odločanja menedžmenta.

Secondary abstract:	In my diploma thesis I described and presented the application of value analysis and its importance on the example of the Politray product development, developed by a team of fellow students within a project work. The general and theoretical presentation of the value analysis through the research of technical literature is followed by a description and demonstration of the practical use of the analysis on the example of the development project of our new product. I presented the way of achieving optimized constructional solutions and expenses by the use of value analysis techniques. Finally, I also showed the importance and advantage of the analysis from the management decision-making perspective.
