Abstract

V današnjem času smo stresu podvrženi vsi. Stres doživimo predvsem takrat, kadar zaznamo razliko med zahtevami okolja in našimi zmogljivostmi. Ta razlika se najbolj kaže na našem delovnem mestu. Zaradi hitrega tempa življenja in vedno večjega števila dodatnih nalog v službi nam zmanjkuje časa za zabavo, druženje s prijatelji in z družino ter nenazadnje nam zmanjka tudi čas, ki ga potrebujemo sami zase. Vse to se odraža na našem upadu odpornosti in učinkovitosti na delovnem mestu ter doma. Dobro je, da se samega stresa zavedamo in da vzpostavimo v telesu ravnovesje, kajti v primeru neuspeha lahko stres privede do nezdravih vedenjskih vzorcev in navad, kot so alkoholizem, prekomerno uživanje hrane, pretirano kajenje ipd. V diplomskem seminarju smo podali različne tehnike, ki jih lahko posameznik uporabi za obvladovanje stresa, kot so na primer meditacija idr. Prav tako smo opisali, kako se lahko spopademo s stresom na ravni organizacije. Vse skupaj smo podkrepili z raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli z anketnim vprašalnikom na III. gimnaziji Maribor.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays we are all under a stress. We get under the stress especially when we detect the differences between demands of environment and our abilities. This is much seen at our workplaces. Because of the fast pace of life and more and more additional tasks in our jobs we have less time for fun, socializing with friends and family and at the end even less time for ourselves. That all is reflecting on the fall of immunity and effectiveness at workplace and at home. It is good to be aware of the stress itself and to establish the balance in our body in order to make stress healthy for us. For if we fail stress could lead to unhealthy behaviour patterns and habits such as alcoholism, excessive eating, smoking and similar unhealthy habits. In diploma seminar we presented different techniques which an individual can use to control the stress, for example meditations, yoga and different other methods. We also described how to deal with stress on the level of organization. We supported that with a research with the help of questionnaire which was carried out at III. Gymnasium of Maribor.
