Abstract
V diplomski nalogi so podrobneje predstavljeni ključni parametri oziroma dejavniki, ki so pomembni pri planiranju voznih redov obratovanja hidroelektrarn na reki Savi. Zaključno delo je usmerjeno na planiranje proizvodnje električne energije zgornje Save, kjer so štiri hidroelektrarne, ki s svojim obratovanjem neposredno vplivajo na verigo elektrarn na spodnji Savi. Zaradi različne lastniške strukture elektrarn na Savi je pri planiranju proizvodnje električne energije in obratovanju potrebna medsebojna komunikacija. Na podlagi analize, opravljene v zaključnem delu, je razvidno, da je planiranje proizvodnje električne energije na dolgi rok lahko zelo nepredvidljivo. Pri teh ocenah pa lahko nastanejo precejšnja odstopanja plana od realizacije. Pokaže se, da je najbolj natančno planiranje proizvodnje električne energije za dan vnaprej.

Secondary abstract: |
In the graduate thesis presented in more detail the key parameters and factors that are important in planning schedules of hydroelectric plants on the River Sava. The final work is centred on the planning of electricity above Save where there are four hydroelectric power plants, which with its operation directly affect the chain of power stations on the lower Sava River. Due to different ownership structure of power plants on the Sava River is in the planning and operation of electricity generation requires a mutual communication. On the basis of analyses carried out in the final part of the show that is planning the production of electricity in the long run can be very unpredictable. In these estimates, however, considerable variation may occur with the plan of realization. It shows that the most accurate planning of production of electrical energy for the day ahead. |
