Abstract

Prelomi heterogenih energetskih komponent največkrat vodijo do nenadnih porušitev energetskih konstrukcij (tlačne posode, cevovodi, mostovi, itd..), ki ogrožajo varnost ljudi, okolja in povzročajo veliko ekonomsko škodo. Zaradi navedenega je nujna natančna in sistematična analiza jeklenih prelomnih površin in pripadajočih heterogenih energetskih komponent tako imenovanih zvarnih spojev. V nalogi so izvedene metalografske in fraktografske raziskave prelomnih površin z optičnim in elektronskim mikroskopom z namenom analize iniciacijskih krhkih in žilavih prelomov, odklonov smeri razpoke in mikrostrukture na konici razpoke.

Secondary language: English
Secondary title: Analysis of brittle and ductile fractures of heterogeneous energy components
Secondary abstract: Fractures of heterogeneous energy components often lead to sudden failures of energy constructions (pressure vessels, pipelines, bridges, etc..) which jeopardize people and environment safety and cause a huge economy damage. Thus, an exact and systematics analysis of steel fracture surfaces and its heterogeneous energy components, so called welded joints, is necessary. In this thesis, metallographical and fractographical investigations of fracture surfaces were performed by using optical and scanning electron microscope with the purpose to analyse initial fracture surface appearance (brittle or ductile), fracture path, as well as microstructure at the crack tip.
