Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava načrtovanje sodobnih energijsko učinkovitih poslovno-skladiščnih objektov. Predstavili smo koncepte zasnov energijsko učinkovitih stavb s pomočjo pasivnih strategij in aktivnih tehničnih sistemov, ter primerjali energijske potrebe stanovanjskih objektov z industrijskimi. S pomočjo pregleda zakonodajnih okvirov na področju energetske učinkovitosti in dobrih referenčnih primerov energijsko učinkovitih industrijskih objektov, smo poskušali načrtovati energijsko učinkovit poslovno-skladiščni objekt Arnovski gozd. Objekt smo analizirali v programskih orodjih URSA Gradbena fizika 4.0 in Autodesk ECOTECT Analysis, ter s pomočjo modifikacij v programu ECOTECT ugotavljali kako lahko uporabnik in izbira materialov vplivata na energijske izkaze stavbe.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with design of modern energy efficient office buildings with storage facilities. It presents design concepts of energy efficient buildings with use of passive design strategies and active technical systems and compares energy uses of residential and commercial buildings. With overview of legislative frameworks in the field of energy efficiency and comparisons of good examples of energy efficient industrial buildings, we tried to design energy efficient office building with storage facilities - Arnovski gozd. Next, the building was analyzed in program tools URSA Gradbena fizika 4.0 and Autodesk ECOTECT Analysis and modified to determine how a user and a later choice of materials can affect the energy results.
