Abstract

V diplomskem delu se zavzemam analizirati energetsko učinkovitost stavbe v kateri živim. Za objekt pridobim vhodne podatke potrebne za analizo. Z programskimi orodji, ki temeljijo na Pravilniku o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbi (PURES 2010), izračunam porabo energije za ogrevanje v stavbi pred ukrepi. Nadaljujem z izračuni porabe energije za ogrevanje že izvedenih ukrepov, ter predvidim dodatne možne ukrepe v smislu večje zaščite stavbnega ovoja ter bivalnih navad porabnikov v stavbi. Predstavim tudi poglavje o dejanski porabi energije od sezone 2008/09 do danes. Na koncu pregledno predstavim rezultate ukrepov ter jih analiziram. V sklepnem delu komentiram slabosti in prednosti že izvedenih ter predvidenih ukrepov.

Secondary title: Analysis of energy consumption in apartment building
Secondary abstract: The aim of this undergraduate dissertation to analyse the energetic efficiency in my residential building. First, the building related input data necessary for the analysis have been obtained. By the means of software tools based on the Rules on efficient use of energy in buildings (PURES 2010), the energy consumption for heating of the building has been calculated prior to the introduction of measures set by the aforementioned Rules. The calculation of energy consumption after the introduction of measures follows and additional possible measures for improved protection of the building envelope and living habits of the building residents are introduced. Actual energy consumption for the heating seasons 2008/09 to 2012 is presented in a separate chapter. All the gathered data with regard to the measures are transparently introduced and analysed in the final part. The closing part focuses on the discussion of advantages and disadvantages of already carried out as well as foreseen measures.
