Abstract

Ljudje v veliki večini uporabljajo osebni prevoz.

Secondary abstract: We rather use a car than a bus or a train for transportation in Slovenia. Almost every second inhabitant in Slovenia has a car which places us on the top of the scale in the European Union. However, it is not the same with the public transportation system because it is used only by 15% of people which places are at the bottom of the scale in Europe. It is not different in the municipality Rogaška Slatina. There is a public transportation system available: buses, trains, and taxis. People mostly use personal transportation. Daily work migrations are done in the town itself with more than half of the employees and in the towns or municipalities close to the town. Because it is favourable in time and price, train and bus systems are mostly used for transportation of pupils and students to schools and in a smaller number for work and other needs.
