diplomsko delo
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu so podana spoznanja domačih in tujih avtorjev s področja motivacije in motiviranja zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Zaključimo ga s pravno podlago, ki ureja izobraževanje in napredovanje v nazive strokovnih delavcev, zaposlenih v osnovni šoli.

Motivation for training employees in primary school |
Secondary abstract: |
The professional growth of professional workers at primary schools is a process which runs their whole life. It begins with the undergraduate study and continues throughout their whole professional carrer. In our dissertation we wanted to find out if the employees at primary school are motivated to further education and training. Training for professional workers is much more organised than for technical workers. Nevertheless both realise that training is a necessity that enables the employees a professional and personal growth. Motivated employees are more satisfied in their work and we believe that they are consequently more successful. The dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The findings are introduced in the theoretical part. These are the findings of domestic and foreign authors in the field of motivation and motivating employees for training. It is concluded with a legal basis regulating training and title promotion of professional workers employed at primary schools. In the empirical part we presented the information graphically regarding motivation and satisfaction in the work of employees. This was carried out with an anonymous questionairre, at randomly selected primary schools. In conclusion, we present some findings of the interpreted answers and some suggestions to maintain or improve motivation for training. |
