Secondary abstract: | Both the reconstruction and an experiment are often seen on television investigative activities. In reality their use is an appreciably less extent, the most commonly are used in the investigation of traffic accidents. They are investigating actions that are in the Criminal Procedure Act defined minimum, but by no means unimportant. The results and findings obtained with the reconstruction or experiment may have great importance both for the continuation of the investigative process as well as in criminal proceedings in court. Both investigative activities should be carried out with particular care because neglect can lead to incorrect results, and they can have disastrous consequences. In the project two experts in the field presented their opinion and experiences on these investigation methods. |
