Zdravstvena nega bolnika pri akutnem apendicitisu

Abstract

Za izdelavo diplomskega dela smo uporabili metodo vprašalnika. V prvem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni anatomija in fiziologija apendiksa ter vzroki, vrste, simptomi in potek akutnega apendicitisa. Poglobili smo se v vrste preiskav za odkrivanje bolezni in postavitev diagnoze. Predstavili smo operativno in konzervativno zdravljenje. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena kirurška zdravstvena nega pred, med in po operativnem posegu, vloga medicinske sestre pri kirurškem bolniku, ter zdravstvena nega bolnika pri akutnem apendicitisu. V študiji primera, ki zajema bolnika z akutnim apendicitisom, ugotavljamo njegovo zmožnost samooskrbe pred, med in po operativnem posegu, ter ob odpustu iz bolnišnice. Na kratko smo predstavili tudi dva klinična primera akutnega apendicitisa, katerih vrste apendicitisa in potrebe po samooskrbi se razlikujejo.

Secondary abstract:	For the composition of the thesis we used the method of a questionnaire. In the first part of the thesis the anatomy and the physiology of the appendix and the causes, types, symptoms and the course of the acute appendicitis are presented. We studied types of examinations for discovering the disease and to diagnose it. We presented the operative and conservative treatment. In the second part of the thesis the surgical medical care before, during and after the operation, the role of the hospital nurse in the care of a surgical patient and the medical care of a patient with acute appendicitis are presented. In the study of a case that includes a patient with acute appendicitis we ascertain his capability to attend to himself before, during and after the operation and when he is discharged from the hospital. We also shortly presented two clinical cases of acute appendicitis which differ in the type of appendicitis and the need for the patient to attend to himself.
