Abstract

Pojem varnost je v teoretičnih izhodiščih opredeljen kot lastnost stanja, v katerem je zagotovljen uravnotežen fizični, duhovni ter gmotni obstoj posameznika in družbene skupnosti v razmerju do drugih posameznikov in družbene skupnosti. Varovanje je skupek dejavnosti, ki se opravljajo z enim samim namenom, to je zaščita človeških življenj, materialnih dobrin in ne nazadnje znižanje stopnje kriminala. Lahko rečemo, da je zagotavljanje varnosti vse večjega pomena, saj so časi, v katerih živimo, vse bolj krizni in marsikomu ne zagotavljajo osnovnih dobrin za preživetje. Vse to se odraža v vse več kaznivih dejanjih, ki so usmerjena na pridobivanje tuje lastnine. Navedeno zajema tudi vse več kraj v vseh vrstah objektov, tudi v skladiščih. Prav slednje je razlog,da smo v diplomski nalogi podrobno predstavili varovanje le-teh.

Secondary abstract:	The concept of safety is from theoretical perspective defined as characteristic of a situation in which there is a balanced physical, spiritual as well as material existence of individual and community in relation to other individuals and the community. Protection is a set of activities that are carried out with one sole purpose – that is the protection of human lives, material goods and ultimately to reduce crime rate. It can be said, that providing safety is becoming more and more important, since the times we live in are chaotic and the growing crisis results in people not being able to provide basic necessities for survival. All this is reflected in the increasing numbers of crimes, which are mainly focused on getting other people’s property. That also includes thefts in all types of buildings including warehouses. And the latter is the reason for detailed presentation of their protection in this present thesis.
