Zaupanje v policijo po demonstracijah v Sloveniji

Abstract

Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem delu so predstavljene teoretične osnove s področja množic. Opredeljene so lastnosti in oblike množic ter glavni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na vedenje posameznika. Opisani so tudi načini, s katerimi se lahko vpliva na vedenje množic. Drugi del teoretičnega dela temelji na demonstracijah oziroma javnem shodu. Podrobneje smo opredelili dolžnosti organizatorja javnega shoda, ki jih mora izpolniti, da se javni shod lahko izvede. Pomembna je tudi vloga policije na demonstracijah, zato so v diplomskem delu opisana pooblastila policije na demonstracijah ter ukrepi ob morebitnih kršitvah. V zadnjem delu pa so na kratko opredeljena tudi prisilna sredstva, ki jih policisti smejo uporabiti ob kršitvah na demonstracijah. Empirični del diplomskega dela temelji na spletni raziskavi, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšno je zaupanje v slovensko policijo po nedavnih demonstracijah v Sloveniji. Predstavljene so ugotovitve, ki so pomembne z vidika zaupanja v policijo po demonstracijah.

Secondary abstract:	Thesis is divided into two parts. The first section presents the theoretical basis in the field of the masses. We defined the characteristics and shape of the masses, and the main factors that influence the behavior of an individual. We also describe the ways in which they can influence the behavior of the masses. The second part of the theoretical basis is based on the demonstrations and public gatherings. We defined the duties of the organizer of a public gathering that must be met in order for a public gathering can take place. The role of the police is also important in the demonstrations, so the thesis describes the authorization of the police in demonstrations and actions in cases of violations. In the last section we briefly defined equipment which may be used by police for infringements on the demonstrations. The empirical part of the thesis is based on an online survey, in which we want to determine the level of confidence in the Slovenian police after recent demonstrations in Slovenia. We presented the findings, which are important from the perspective of trust in the police at demonstrations.
