Abstract

Namen dela diplomskega seminarja je bil ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na primeru čistilnega osebja v izbranem podjetju, predvsem pa analizirati različne dejavnike, ki utegnejo vplivati na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Človeški kapitel v podjetju postaja vedno bolj pomemben za uspešno poslovanje podjetja zato je toliko bolj pomembno, da so zaposleni v podjetju zadovoljni in posledično zadovoljni z svojim delovnim mestom. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej predstavili različne definicije motivacije ter motivacijske teorije. Nadaljevali smo z organizacijsko kulturo, kjer smo tudi opisali dejavnike organizacijske kulture podjetja. Zadnje teoretično poglavje se je navezovalo na temo zadovoljstva zaposlenih, dejavnikov zadovoljstva in načini merjenja zadovoljstva opisali smo tudi povezavo med konkurenčno prednostjo organizacije in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. Skozi študijo literature smo ugotovili veliko soodvisnost med motivacijo, organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli raziskavo s preprostim anketnim vprašalnikom in rezultate prikazali s pomočjo programa Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Razdelili smo triinosemdeset anketnih vprašalnikov. Delno smo potrdili vseh pet hipotez, ki smo si jih zastavili. Zadovoljstvo je večje pri zaposlenih, ki imajo več kot petindvajset let delovne dobe, in pri tistih z zaposlitvijo za nedoločen čas. Najbolj pomembna dejavnika zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbranem podjetju sta plača in obremenjenost. Zaposleni so zadovoljni tudi s sistemom usposabljanja v podjetju. Večina vprašanih kljub možnemu nezadovoljstvu zaposlitve ne bi zamenjala. V sklepu dela diplomskega seminarja smo povzeli teoretične ugotovitve in rezultate raziskave. Prav tako smo predstavili nekaj predlogov za vodilne v podjetju, ki se nam zdijo primerni glede na rezultate ankete.

Secondary title: An Analysis of employee satisfaction
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the thesis work was to determine the employees' satisfaction in the case of cleaning personnel in the selected company, in particular, to analyze the various factors that may affect employee satisfaction. Human kapitel the company is becoming increasingly important for the success of a company is therefore all the more important that the company's employees are satisfied and consequently satisfied with their jobs. In the theoretical part, we first present different definitions of motivation and motivational theory. We continued with the organizational culture, where we also describe the factors of organizational culture of the company. Recent theoretical chapter is on from the topic of employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction factors and ways of measuring customer satisfaction, we describe the link between competitive advantage of the organization and employee satisfaction. Through the study of literature, we found strong links between motivation, organizational climate and employee satisfaction. In the empirical part we conducted a survey with a simple questionnaire and the results show using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. We divided the eighty-three questionnaires. Partly we have confirmed all five hypotheses that we set ourselves. Satisfaction is higher for employees who have more than twenty-five years of service, and those with indefinite duration. The most important factor in employee satisfaction in the selected firm, the salary and workload. Employees are also satisfied with the training system in the company. The majority of respondents, despite the potential job dissatisfaction would not be changed. In the conclusion part of the thesis, we summarize the theoretical findings and results of the research. We also outline some suggestions for leading the company that we deem appropriate in relation to the survey results.
