Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja rezultate eksperimentalnega dela na rezalnem stroju z optičnim laserjem, ki predstavlja novo generacijo laserjev. Tabela proizvajalca Hypertherm ponuja uporabo rezalnih parametrov, kateri naj bi zagotavljali kvalitetno površino reza ob maksimalni rezalni moči in rezalni hitrosti. Ker praktična uporaba ponujenih parametrov ne omogoča želenih rezultatov reza, smo s poskusi na izbrani vzorčni obliki, poskušali najti čim boljši približek vzorcu, ki ga je proizvajalec stroja ponudil kot referenco.

Secondary abstract: The thesis represents experimental work results, working with solid state fiber optic laser cutting machine, representing a new generation of optical lasers. Manufacturer, Hypertherm Inc. offers a tabel of cutting parameters, that should prowide the best possible cutting results, using maximal cutting power and speed. Cutting with offered tabele parameters, doesnt resulted in expected cutting quality, so we have done our tests, based on manufacturer reference sample , which resulted in new table of cutting parameters.
