Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na vsebini mojega praktičnega izobraževanja v podjetju Štore Steel d.o.o. Podjetje sodi v skupino mini jeklarn in izdeluje ogljikova in nizko legirana jekla, ki se razlikujejo po namembnosti. Med njih spadajo tudi vzmetna jekla izdelana z dvema tehnologijama, ki se razlikujeta po načinu pomirjanja taline. Vsa jekla v podjetju so izdelana s pretaljevnjem starega jekla. V teoretičnem delu diplome so predstavljeni postopki izdelave vzmetnih jekel v podjetju ter njihov vpliv na lastnosti jekel. V praktičnem delu je opisana analiza vzorcev jekla 50CrV4 izdelanega z dezoksidacijo z aluminijem ter z dezoksidacijo s silicijem in manganom. Različni vzorci so bili pregledani z optičnim in elektronskim mikroskopom ter EDS kemijskim mikroanalizatorjem.

Secondary title: The influence of different production technologies on the properties of spring steels
Secondary abstract: Diploma is based on the content of my practical education in a company Štore Steel d.o.o. is a mini steel plant, that manufactures carbon and low-alloy steels, which differ according to their purpose. These include a spring steel manufactured with two different technologies that differ in a way of deoxidation of the melt. All steels in the company are made from scrap metal. The theoretical part of the diploma presents the spring steel manufacturing processes in the company and their effects on the properties of steels. The practical part describes an analysis of samples of steel 51CrV4 manufactured by deoxidation with aluminum and with deoxidation with silicon and manganese. Different samples were examined with optical and electron microscope and EDS micro-analyzer.
