Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje postopek izdelave programske rešitve za osebni fitnes program. Program je namenjen ljudem, ki s fitnes vadbo nimajo izkušenj in bi radi spremljali svoj napredek pri vadbi. Problem fitnes vadbe je, da ljudje brez izkušenj ne trenirajo vseh mišic pravilno, zato velikokrat pride do poškodb in s tem prenehanje vadbe. Cilj programske rešitve je, da uporabniki brez izkušenj pridobijo osnovno znanje o fitnes treningih in pravilni izvedbi vaj ter pravilnem prehranjevanju v času treniranja. Program je namenjen več uporabnikom, zato ima vsak uporabnik svoje uporabniško ime ter geslo, kar omogoča, da si lahko vsak uporabnik sam zasnuje programe treninga ter izbere jedi po svojem okusu. Program omogoča dodajanje novih vaj in receptov ter spremljanje napredka, ki ga uporabnik naredi v času treniranja. Mnenja prijateljev, ki so program preizkusili, so bila pozitivna, saj s programom lahko bolj enostavno spremljajo količino dnevno zaužite hrane ter spremljajo napredek pri teži posameznih vaj.

Secondary abstract: Thesis is describing process of creating software solution for personal fitnes program. The program is designed for people who do not have the fitness training experience and would like to track their workout progress. Problem of fitness training is, that people with no experience, do not train all the muscles correctly, so they often injure themselves and stop with exercise. The objective of software solution is, that users with no previous experiences, get knowledge of basic fitness workouts, proper execution of exercises and proper nutrition during training. The program is designed for multiple users, each user has their own username and password and this allows each user to design training programs and select dishes according to their taste. The program allows you to add new exercises and recipes as well as monitor the progress made during the training. Reviews of friends, who have tried the program, have been positive since the program can more easily monitor the amount of daily food intake and can monitor progress of the weight in the individual exercises
