Abstract

Danes so podjetja prisiljena k nenehnim spremembam. Vsak dan morajo spremljati konkurenco in trg ter se prilagajati kupcem, saj so njihove potrebe vse bolj zahtevne. Učinkovitost in uspešnost podjetja sta odvisna od številnih procesov, ki potekajo v podjetju. Eden izmed njih je delovni proces, ki mora potekati nemoteno za ustrezno poslovanje podjetja. V tej diplomski nalogi smo v prvem delu predstavili osnovne pojme, ki so pomembni za razumevanje diplome. V nadaljevanju je sledil opis obstoječega stanja v podjetju Forstek, d. o. o. Podrobno sta bili predstavljeni embalaža in odpadna embalaža. Opisali smo tudi logistiko v podjetju. Sledila je kritična analiza, v kateri so pomanjkljivosti v podjetju prikazane z vzročno-posledičnim diagramom. Kot rešitev smo predlagali uvedbo direktne nabave, s katero bi podjetje prihranilo čas, in 14 korakov za izboljšanje delovnega procesa.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays companies are constantly forced to make changes. They have to monitor the competition and the market, and above all they have to adapt to their customers since their needs are more and more demanding. The effectiveness and success of the company depend on many processes that take place in the company. One of those is the working process that has to go on uninterruptedly in order to run respective business of the company. In the first part of this diploma we have presented the basic facts which are important for understanding of the diploma itself. There follows the description of existing condition of the Forstek, d.o.o. company. Packaging and waste packaging was presented in detail. Afterwards there is a critical analysis in which there are several defects demonstrated with causally consequential diagram. As a solution, we have suggested the initiation of direct purchase with which the company would save on time and what is more, we have presented fourteen steps for improvement of the working process.
