Abstract

V pričujočem diplomskem delu sem preučil proces razvoja izdelka v podjetju Noži Ravne, d. o. o., ter podal analizo stroškov ob zagotavljanju zanesljivosti. Na osnovi teoretičnih izhodišč sem s pomočjo pridobljenih informacij o izdelovalnem postopku izvedel FMEA analizo procesa (analiza možnih napak in posledic). Sledeče je bilo ugotovljeno, kateri so kritični faktorji, ki vplivajo na zanesljivost pri procesu izdelave in so stroškovno nezanemarljivi. Izhajajoče iz časov in ostalih podatkov, ki so gledani iz tehnično-ekonomskega vidika pomembni za izvedbo kalkulacij stroškov in časa, sem določil predvideno lastno ceno izdelka. Ob upoštevanju časovnih veličin je bilo ugotovljeno, kakšna so odstopanja normiranih in dejanskih časov. Izsledki iz rezultatov dajo vedeti, da so ti lahko pomemben podatek za optimiranje sistema pri načrtovanju tehnologije in razvoja izdelka v prihodnje.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis I examined the product development process in the company Noži Ravne, d. o. o., and did an analysis of the costs while ensuring reliability. With the help of information I had obtained from manufacturing process I conducted an FMEA analysis (analysis of potential errors and their consequences) on the basis of the theory. The following was found: the critical factors that affect the reliability of the manufacturing process and are cost negligible. Resulting from the time and other data which is relevant to the execution of calculations of costs and time when viewed from a technical-economic point of view, I set the estimated cost price of the product. The deviations from normalized and actual times were found when taking into account the temporal variables. The findings from the results make it clear that they may be important information for optimization of the design technology and product development in the future.
