Abstract

V diplomskem delu predstavljamo podjetje Intereuropa d.d., eno izmed vodilnih ponudnikov logističnih storitev v Sloveniji in JV Evropi. Pri podjetju Intereuropa d.d., smo se osredotočili na skladiščne procese na oddelku hladilnice. V omenjenem podjetju se srečujejo predvsem s problemom časovnih izgub v skladiščnem poslovanju. Praktični del diplomskega dela, ki sledi teoretičnemu, je vsebinsko dvodelen. V prvem delu poročila smo natančno opisali in grafično z orodjem Aris prikazali obstoječe stanje, z detajlnim opisom hladilnice in potekom procesa skladiščenja v njej. S pomočjo ASMI simbolov smo izdelali procesno karto in s pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama ponazorili vzroke za nastanek problema po posameznih vzročnih področjih. V drugem delu naloge smo predstavili predloge izboljšav in sprememb. Ocenili smo učinke predlogov, pogoje za uvedbo rešitev ter možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis work, we present the company Intereuropa d.d., one of the leading providers of logistics services in Slovenia and South East Europe. The company Intereuropa d.d., we focus on the warehouse processes at the Department store. In that undertaking, in particular, with the problem encountered by the time losses in the storage business. The practical part of the thesis, which follows the theoretical, in terms of two partial. In the first part of the report, wedescribe in detail and graphics tool to display the status quo, with Aris detail description of the course of the process of storage and cold store in it. With the help of ASMA symbols we have process and with the help of the causal-effect diagram to illustrate the reasons for the emergence of the problem of the individual sample areas. In the second part we present proposals for improvements and changes. To assess the effects of the proposals, we have the conditions for the introduction of solutions and possibilities for further development.
