Abstract

V podjetju Cablex-M d.o.o. iz Mežice so na osnovi lastne ideje postavili robotizirano proizvodno celico za pritrjevanje vezic na kabelske snope. Ker se podjetje ozavešča pomena kakovosti in varnosti v podjetju, se je odločilo proizvodno robotsko celico varnostno nadgraditi, da bo ustrezala evropskim direktivam za pridobitev oznake CE. Namen te diplomske naloge je, da omenjena proizvodna robotska celica pridobi oznako CE. Diplomska naloga vsebuje kratke teoretične osnove s področja standardizacije in oznake CE, opis in primerjavo proizvodne robotske celice z zahtevami standarda ISO 10218-2:2011, varnostno nadgraditev celice, izdelavo tehnične dokumentacije, ter izjavo o skladnosti.

Secondary abstract: The company Cablex-M Ltd. from Mežica has built, based on own idea,robotic production cell for fixing ties on the wiring harness. Because the company is aware of the importance of quality and safety, the company decided to safety upgrade the manufacturing robot cell that will follow the European directives for obtaining the CE mark. The purpose of this thesis is, that the above mentioned production robot cell will obtain the CE mark. The thesis contains a theoretical background of standardization and CE marking, description and comparison of robotic production cell with the requirements of ISO 10218-2:2011, safety upgrade of the cell, creation of technical documentation, and declaration of conformity.
