Abstract

Diplomska naloga predstavlja problem pojavljanja absentizma in fluktuacije v podjetju Metal Ravne d.o.o. Namen diplomske naloge je bil, da s pomočjo raziskave preučimo glavne vzroke in razloge za nastanek absentizma in fluktuacije ter možnosti za izboljšave. Teoretični del diplomske naloge predstavlja razlago in opise pojmov, kot so kadrovska politika, kadrovska funkcija, absentizem in fluktuacija. Raziskali smo tudi podatke iz slovenskega povprečja za kasnejšo primerjavo. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljeno podjetje Metal Ravne d.o.o., bolj razčlenjeno je predstavljena kadrovska struktura ter stopnje zdravstvenega absentizma in fluktuacije v letih 2010–2012 v primerjavi s slovenskim povprečjem. Iz tega je bilo razvidno, da je zdravstveni absentizem v podjetju v povprečju za 2 % višji, kot kaže slovensko povprečje. Analizirali smo podatke iz raziskave, ki so nam pokazali, da so zaposleni najpogosteje bolniško odsotni zaradi bolezni in odhajajo iz podjetja zaradi nizkega plačila za delo ter slabih delovnih pogojev.

Secondary abstract: The dissertation discusses the appearance problem of absenteeism and fluctuation in the corporation Metal Ravne d.o.o.. The dissertation’s intention is to study the main causes for the origin of absenteeism and fluctuation, and improvement possibilities with the help of a research. In the research the main focus lies on a specific form of absenteeism: health absenteeism. The theoretical part of the dissertation presents explanations and descriptions of concepts, such as: personnel policy and function, absenteeism and fluctuation. The Slovenian average data have also been researched for later comparison. In the practical part of the dissertation the corporation Metal Ravne d.o.o. is presented. Especially the personnel structure and levels of health absenteeism and fluctuation in the years from 2010 to 2012 in comparison to the Slovenian average are thoroughly analysed. The analysis shows health absenteeism in the corporation to be 2% higher than the Slovenian average. The research data have been analysed, and they show that the personnel are usually absent because of health reasons, and are leaving the corporation mainly because of low wage and bad working conditions.
