Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti pri delu. Pomembno je, da se organizacije zavedajo pomembnosti tega področja, namreč s tem, ko zaposleni doprinesejo veliko mero ustvarjalnosti v podjetje, je lahko podjetje dolgoročno uspešno in konkurenčno na trgu. Seveda je zelo pomembno, da v podjetju poskrbijo za spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti, morda je dobro, da jo nagradijo. Od vsakega posameznika je odvisno, kateri dejavnik bo pri njem spodbudil ustvarjalnost, zato je tudi dobro, da vodja dobro pozna zaposlene, saj le tako ve, kako jih naj motivira in spodbudi k ustvarjalnosti.
Prvi, teoretični dela magistrskega dela smo namenili opredelitvi ključnih pojmov, kot so ustvarjalnost, ustvarjalni ljudje, spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti. V tem delu smo se osredotočili tudi na ustvarjalno mišljenje, ustvarjalni proces, ter na metode in tehnike ustvarjalnega mišljenja.
Drugi, praktični del magistrskega dela je bil namenjen analizi raziskave, ki smo jo opravili v podjetju Izodom. Ugotavljali smo kateri dejavniki v podjetju spodbujajo ustvarjalnost in kateri jo ovirajo. Zanimalo nas je tudi, ali v podjetju uporabljajo metode in tehnike ustvarjalnega mišljenja ter katere metode so to.

Secondary abstract: |
In Master Thesis we presented encouraging of work creativity. It is important that organizations are aware of importance of the mentioned field. When employees contribute great deal of work creativity this leads towards long-term success and competitiveness on a market. The most important is that company provides encouraging of work creativity, and even better when this leads towards rewording.
Each individual could be motivated by different elements to encourage creativity. Good managers should be familiar with their employees and know how they should be motivated and encouraged to be creative.
The first, theoretical part we have dedicated to define key terms such as: creativity, creative employees, encouraging of creativity. In this part we focused on creative thinking, creative process and on methods and techniques of creative thinking.
Second, practical part of master’s thesis was dedicated to analysis of research that was made in company Izodom. Our goal was to detect which factors encourage creativity and which factors interfere with it. We have tried to understand whether there are methods and techniques of creative thinking used in company and which methods they use. |
