Odnos zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi do alternativnih in komplementarnih metod zdravljenja

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili alternativne oblike zdravljenja in njeno zgodovino, osredotočili smo se na metode zdravljenja z bioenergijo, radiestezijo in akupunkturo ter jih posamezno opisali. Opisali smo kako je z alternativnim zdravljenjem pri nas v Sloveniji. Predstavili smo tudi odnos medicinskih sester do alternativnih metod zdravljenja. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti seznanjenost in uporabo alternativnih metod zdravljenja v praksi zdravstvene nege. Raziskovalne metode. Raziskava je temeljila na deskriptivni metodologiji, podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Anketo smo izvedli med patronažnimi medicinskimi sestrami zaposlenimi v zdravstvenem domu Adolfa Drolca Maribor in Zdravstvenem domu Lenart. Rezultati. Ugotovili smo, da medicinske sestre, čeprav poznajo alternativne metode zdravljenja, pacientu teh metod ne priporočajo. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da medicinske sestre s srednjo izobrazbo bolje poznajo in več uporabljajo alternativne metode zdravljenja, kot medicinske sestre z visoko izobrazbo. Sklep. Ne samo patronažne medicinske sestre tudi pri vseh ostali zdravstvenih delavcih je priporočljivo, da se seznanijo in spoznajo z alternativnimi metodami zdravljenja. Saj je skupni cilj vseh zdravstvenih delavcev skrbeti za kakovost zdravja in pomagati ljudem v primeru bolezni.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma thesis we presented alternative forms of healing and it's history, we focused on the methods of healing with bioenergy, radiesthesia and acupuncture and described them individually. We described alternative treatment in Slovenia. We also introduced the attitude of nurses towards alternative methods of healing. Research methodology. Research was based on descriptive methodology; information were gathered with the questionnaire. With the research we wanted to find out the awareness and use of alternative methods of treatment in nursing practice. The survey was carried between home care nurses employed in Health center dr. Adolf Drolc Maribor and in Health center Lenart. Results. The results are showing that the nurses, although knowing alternative methods of healing, usually do not recommend these methods. Nurses with higher level of education and with several years of work experience, do not know nor use alternative methods of healing more often than nurses with medium level of education and several years of work experience. Conclusion. Not only home care nurses also all other health professionals, must to get acquainted and learn about alternative methods. It's common goal of all health care workers to take care of the quality of health and help ill people.
