Abstract

V diplomskem izpitu ponudimo idejno rešitev za večstanovanjski objekt z luksuznimi stanovanji v Celju na Kocenovi ulici 2 A. V prvem, teoretičnem delu se posvečamo minimalnim tehničnim zahtevam stanovanj in stanovanjskih zgradb ter skušamo definirati termin luksuzno stanovanje. Na podlagi statističnih podatkov na kratko predstavimo trg stanovanjskih nepremičnin v Sloveniji in predstavimo referenčne primere luksuznih stanovanj oz. stanovanjskih zgradb v Sloveniji. V drugem delu podamo idejno rešitev za objekt na dani lokaciji, s predhodnimi analizami širše in ožje lokacije.

Secondary abstract:	This bachelor thesis offers a concept solution for an apartment building with luxury apartments in Celje on Kocenova street 2 A. In the theoretical part we focus on the minimum technological requirements of the apartments and apartment buildings. We also try to define the term luxury apartment. We make a short presentation of the property market in Slovenia based on statistical data and describe reference examples of luxury apartments or apartment buildings in Slovenia. In the second part we give a concept solution for an object at the aforementioned location with preliminary analyses of broader and narrower areas.
