Abstract

V projektni nalogi je opisana lesena montažna gradnja. Les je eden najstarejših materialov, ki je naraven, obnovljiv in vsestransko uporaben. S svojimi lastnostmi ustvarja prijetno bivalno okolje. Za montažno gradnjo je značilna velika stopnja prefabrikacije, kar omogoča natančno in hitro gradnjo. Lesena gradnja v zadnjem času postaja vedno bolj priljubljena, saj ima kar nekaj prednosti, kot so energetska varčnost, dobre gradbeno fizikalne lastnosti, požarna ter potresna odpornost. Prevladujoči sistemi lesene montažne gradnje v Sloveniji so okvirna, skeletna in masivna konstrukcija, ki so v tej projektni nalogi podrobneje predstavljeni.

Secondary abstract: Following project work describes timber prefabricated constructions. Wood is one of the oldest materials, which is natural, renewable and can be used for numerous purposes. With its properties it makes a good living environment. Prefabricated constructions are offering a precise and a fast way of building. Lately timber constructions are becoming more and more popular, due to their advantages, such as energy efficiency, good building physical properties, fire and earthquake resistance. The dominant systems of timber prefabricated constructions in Slovenia are frame panel system, balloon and massive system. This systems are described more detailed in following project.
