Secondary abstract: | On the basis of strategic and marketing communication the work presents the web as a medium of mass communication using case study of the European Capital of Culture Maribor 2012. The study focuses on analyzing platform and online communication channels. It analyzes online audiences of European Capital of Culture Maribor 2012 and through comparative analysis of national and international communication tries to explain the differences in the comparison and highlights the importance of strategic online communication on the field of culture. |
