Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo konstruirali gonilo za ladje, ki so vlačilci in gasilska ladja obenem. Na začetku smo napisali nekaj o osnovah konstruiranja gonil, jih predstavili, razvrstili in prikazali kako se teoretično preračunavajo gonila. Nato je sledilo konstruiranje gonila, natančneje zasnova, kako izdelat zahtevnik. Sledil je preračun našega gonila. Izhajali smo iz podatkov, ki so nam bili znani. Poznali smo medosno razdaljo gredi, vrtilne hitrosti in moči. Nato smo podatke vnesli v program za preračun zobnikov ZOBGON. Dobljene rezultate smo prikazali med seboj primerjali ter pokomentirali. Nekaj besed namenili izbiri mazalnemu sredstvu in izbrali način mazanja. V ohišje, iz katerega smo izhajali, smo izbrali ležaje in naredili preračun gredi. Ohišje katerega uporabljamo za gonilo, smo analizirali kako je sestavljeno in izdelano. V sklepnem delu smo dobljene rezultate ovrednotili in napisali nekaj o nadaljnjem razvoju našega gonila.

Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis, we construct gear unit for ships, which are tugs and fireboat at the same time. In the beginning we write something about the basics of gear units design, present it, classified and show how to theoretically calculate it. Then we present how to design the gear, how to create the requester. After this we made a calculation of our gear. We know the rotation speed and wheelbase. The results we're entered into the program for gear units calculation. We were shown the results and comment it. We have choose the method of lubrication, bearings and do the shaft calculation. We analyze the housing how it is produce and composed. For the end we write something about further development of our gear. |
