Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisano reševanje problema, merjenja obsega z robotom Lego Mindstorms NXT 2.0. Problem je realiziran v programskem okolju leJOS, ki temelji na objektno orientiranem jeziku Java. Problem merjenja obsega je sestavljen iz več opravil. Robot mora najprej najti kontrolno točko, ki je določena z izbrano barvo. Ko je kontrolna točka najdena, se začne merjenje obsega, ki traja, dokler robot drugič ne pride nazaj do kontrolne točke. V diplomskem delu sta na kratko predstavljena uporaba robotov ter programsko okolje leJOS, širši del pa predstavlja algoritem za merjenje obsega ter rezultate testiranja.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents an application for measuring the size of a room with the help of the robot Lego Mindstorms NXT 2.0. The application is developed in the programming environment leJOS, which is based on objective-oriented language Java. The problem of measuring room size consists of several tasks. The robot needs to find the controll point first, which is determined with a chosen color. When the control point is found the measuring of the volume begins and lasts until the robot comes back to the control point. In this diploma thesis there is a short guide on how to use the robots and program environment leJOS. The wider part represents the algorithms for measuring volume and results of the testing.
