Abstract
FEB is a business university in Slovenia. As a business university is in their profession to keep in touch with the latest trends in social media. To keep their business running and to be successful at it they use social network LinkedIn but not to its full potential. Their problem is unawareness of business potential of social media, LinkedIn in specific. This Diploma seminar is an investigation about how can they use social network LinkedIn to its full potential. At the beginning of the investigation and their situation estimation, we found out that they have a profile on LinkedIn. They existed there as a person. In order to keep a good reputation and exploit all of the LinkedIn benefits they had to change their profile and keep it up to date. Through gathered literature, building FEB’s new LinkedIn profile and featured it live we managed to slowly start exploiting all of the LinkedIn’s business potential.

Ekonomsko-poslovna fakulteta(EPF v nadaljevanju) je poslovna fakulteta v Sloveniji. Kot ena izmed uglednejših poslovnih fakultet v svetu je nujno, da ostanejo v stiku z najnovejšimi trendi tudi na področju socialnih medijev. Za svoje uspešno poslovanje in prepoznavnost uporabljajo družbeno omrežje LinkedIn, vendar ne izkoriščajo popolnoma poslovnega potenciala tega družbenega omrežja. Njihov problem je nepoznavanje poslovnega potenciala socialnih medijev, LinkedIn-a v tem primeru. Ta diplomski seminar je raziskava o uporabi družbenega omrežja LinkedIn, na primeru EPF-a Univerze v Mariboru in njegovem poslovnem potencialu. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da Ekonomsko-poslovna fakulteta že ima obstoječ profil na LinkedIn-u, vendar kot oseba. Da bo ohranili ugled in izrabili ves poslovni potencial družbenega omrežja LinkedIn so morali spremeniti tip profila. Skozi zbrano literaturo in izdelavo novega EPF-ovega profila so počasi začeli uživati sadove izrabe popolnega poslovnega potenciala. |
