Abstract

Temu sledi zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in zavzetost zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge predstavimo lastno raziskavo o merjenju zadovoljstva in zavzetosti zaposlenih. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih smo merili s pomočjo 5-stopenjske lestvice. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih smo primerjali z vplivnimi dejavniki z zbranimi v osmih hipotezah. Prav vse hipoteze so bile na podlagi opravljene raziskave in analize prejetih odgovorov zavrnjene. Z ugotovitvami raziskave bomo poskušali podjetje opozoriti na pomembnost zadovoljstva in zavzetosti zaposlenih v njem. Zadovoljni in zavzeti zaposleni so prepričani, da pozitivno vplivajo na storitve in manjše stroške podjetja.

Secondary abstract: In companies in Slovenia, similar to those across the world, knowledge that the biggest potential is hidden in the people has been obtained. Managers in senior positions cannot function without employees. It is therefore important for the company to direct its attention to the employees. If employees are satisfied in the company and enjoy their work, they assist in the development of the company and last but not least in the survival of the company. The fact is that added value of a company is ensured by motivated, satisfied and engaged employees. In theoretical part of the master’s thesis, the motivation and motivation of employees is being described at the beginning, followed by the internal communication. The chapters are very educational since they provide information about how to achieve the sufficient motivation of employees for the performance of duties and the ways how and in which manner to communicate with them in order to achieve this. This is followed by the satisfaction and engagement of employees. In empirical part of the master’ thesis we introduce our own research on measuring the satisfaction and engagement of employees. The satisfaction of employees was measured through a 5-level scale. The levels superimposed on not being satisfied at all to being satisfied completely. For measuring the engagement we used the Gallup Method Q12. We were interested in factors that employees are (not) satisfied with the most and what is the correlation between individual factors. We developed hypothesis for the assessment thereof. The satisfaction of employees was compared to the weighting factors aggregated in eight hypotheses. These very hypotheses were rejected on basis of the conducted research and analysis of the received answers. With the findings of the research we will try to alert the company to the importance of the satisfaction and engagement of its employees. Satisfied and engaged employees are convinced that they positively influence services and lower costs of the company.
