Abstract

Svet se v zadnjih letih sooča z globalno krizo. Za organizacije in zaposlene je najpomembnejše, da se nanjo pripravijo kakovostno, kar se da hitro in uspešno. Bistvo vsake organizacije so zaposleni s svojimi idejami, sposobnostmi in cilji. Zadovoljstvo, motivacija in vrednote so pomembni elementi vsakega zaposlenega v delovnem okolju. V prvem delu magistrske naloge je opredeljen problem, ki ga želimo raziskati, postavljeni so cilji in namen naloge, opisana je metodologija in definirane so predpostavke ter omejitve. V drugem delu so predstavljena vsa teoretična izhodišča na področju izbrane teme. V tretjem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, katere namen je bil ugotoviti, kakšno je trenutno stanje zaposlenih v kriznih časih glede zadovoljstva, motivacije in vrednot. Raziskava je potekala s pomočjo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika. S statističnem orodjem SPSS – Statistical package for Social Sciences smo analizirali rezultate, ki kažejo zanimive zaključke raziskave.

Secondary abstract: In recent years the world has faced a global crisis. For organizations and employees it is most important to prepare well for the global crisis and as fast and successfully as possible. The essence of any organization is its employees with their own ideas, abilities and goals. Satisfaction, motivation and values are important elements of any employee in the workplace. In the first part of the master thesis we define the problem that we want to explore, the objectives and purpose of the thesis are set, the methodology is described and the assumptions and limitations are defined. The second part presents the theoretical background about the chosen topic. In the third part, we show results of our study which was conducted with a purpose to determine the current status of employees in the time of crisis in terms of satisfaction, motivation and values. The study was conducted using an online questionnaire. The statistical tool SPSS – Statistical Package for Social Sciences was used to analyze the results, which show interesting conclusions of the research.
