Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno, kako se optimizira spletno stran za iskalnike, največ pozornosti je namenjene iskalniku Google. Opisane so metode, s katerimi se dosega čim višje rezultate pri razvrščanju spletne strani med rezultati iskanja v omenjenem iskalniku. Predstavljeni so faktorji, ki vplivajo na optimizacijo, in metode, s katerimi se izboljšuje pozicijo spletne strani v iskalniku, te so razvrščene glede na pomembnost. Opisana so orodja za merjenje rezultatov optimizacije, ki omogočajo pregled nad opravljenim delom, in osnove iskalnega marketinga ter spletnega socialnega trženja.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents different ways of optimizing a website for search engines, the main focus being on the most popular search engine nowadays – Google. We learned about methods for achieving the highest possible classification of our website in the search results of Google. Factors which affect the optimization and methods for improving the positioning of our website in the search engine results, followed by the order of importance were presented. Tools for measuring optimization results offering us an overview of our work were attained as well as the basics of search engine marketing and online social marketing.
