Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati celovitost reševanja energetske učinkovitosti stavbe, ki temelji na veljavni zakonodaji. Nazorno in slikovito so opisani materiali ter sistemi konstrukcij toplotnega ovoja, ki zadostijo strogim kriterijem predpisov. Prav tako so prikazani in klasificirani obnovljivi viri energij ter tehnične rešitve, ki so predlagane za obravnavani objekt. Z izračuni je dokazano, da so vse izračunane vrednosti energetskih kazalcev manjše od predpisanih, tako da lahko potrdimo, da je energetsko prenovljena starejša lesena hiša energetsko učinkovit objekt, ki bo lastniku nudil topel in udoben dom brez večjih stroškov za delovanje stavbe.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis is to introduce how energy efficiency of a building can be completely solved based on applicable legislation. All the materials and the systems of thermal sleeve constructions which satisfy very strict regulations are presented thoroughly and in pictures. The thesis also illustrates and classifies renewable energy sources and technical solutions that are suggested for the object presented. The calculations show that all calculated shares of energy indicators are lower than those regulated. It can be confirmed that an energetically renewed old wooden house is an energy efficient object that would provide a warm and comfortable home for his owner without bigger costs for running the house.
