Abstract

V kotlovnici so nameščeni kotli, namenjeni ogrevanju prostorov. Pri sanaciji kotlovnice pa predvsem zamenjamo obstoječe kotle z novimi. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je predstaviti trenutno stanje glede toplotnih potreb hotela Orel in drugih objektov, ki souporabljajo kotlovnico hotela, ter predlagati ukrepe, ki bi zmanjšali toplotne izgube objektov in povečali njihovo energetsko učinkovitost. Na podlagi že znanih načrtov in shem objektov se je opravil izračun toplotnih izgub stavb. Izračun se je opravil s programsko opremo ETU Haustechnik, z upoštevanjem izračuna, podatkov o porabi plina in pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah pa se je določila potrebna moč kotlov.

Secondary title: Reconstruction of boiler room in hotel Orel
Secondary abstract: Boilers are installed in a boiler room, and are used for heating buildings and living areas. When reconstructing a boiler room we primarily replace old boilers with new ones. The main objective of the thesis is to present the current state regarding heat losses of the hotel Orel and other buildings and facilities that share the boiler room of hotel Orel, and to suggest measures, which would reduce heat losses and improve energy efficiency of buildings. Based on known plans and schemes of buildings, a calculation of heat losses was made. We used a program ETU Haustechnik to calculate heat losses, and according to results, the data about gas consumption and in accordance with Regulations on effective energy use in buildings, the necessary power of boilers was determined.
