Abstract

V drugem, empiričnem delu diplomskega dela predstavimo rezultate, podrobnejšo analizo in ugotovitve empirične raziskave, v kateri so sodelovali učenci vseh razredov Osnovne šole Fram. Z empirično raziskavo smo želeli proučiti kaj, kdaj in koliko pijejo anketirani učenci.

Secondary title: HEALTY LIFESTYLE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FLUID INTAKE - THE TYPE AND AMOUNT OF FLUIDS PUPILS FROM THE FRAM PRIMARY SCHOOL CONSUME
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis titled Healthy lifestyle relative to fluid intake - the type and amount of fluids pupils from the Fram Primary School consume falls into two parts - a theoretical and an empirical. The first, theoretical part addresses the most important steps towards leading a healthy lifestyle, some facts about fluid consumption and gives us a representation of the Fram Primary School, which was our collaboration partner later in the empirical part. The second, empirical part of my thesis provides us with the results, thorough analysis and findings of empirical research, which included the Fram Primary School pupils of all grades. The empirical study was carried out in order to show the type and amount of fluids pupils consume and when do they drink. Do they opt for healthier or less healthy drinks? I have also wanted to find out the level of knowledge they have on fluids and to what degree does sex or the triennium that pupil is attending impact his decision. The findings suggest that when choosing a type of fluid the results differ depending on sex as well as the triennium pupil is attending. All the pupils, regardless the sex or the triennium, are well acquainted with healthiest drinks.
