Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje proces rotacijskega litja polimerov in prikazuje značilne sestavne elemente pri izdelavi orodij za litje. Glavni problem, ki se pri tem pojavlja, je neurejenost tehnične dokumentacije in pomanjkanje podatkov pri izdelavi orodij. Cilj naloge je bil predstaviti, katere sestavne dele orodij je mogoče poenotiti in jih zajeti v internem standardu, ki ga želi podjetje ROTO d.o.o. uvesti. Na začetku je predstavljeno področje standardizacije in različne vrste orodij za rotacijsko litje. V nadaljevanju je problem razčlenjen na področje izhodišč za konstruiranje in priporočil za gradnjo. Na koncu je podana rešitev ureditve dokumentacije in oblika internega standarda.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work describes the process of rotational molding of polymers and shows typical structural elements in the manufacture of tools for casting. The main problem that occurs is disorder of the technical documentation and lack of data in the manufacture of tools. The aim of the study was to introduce which components of the tools can be simplified and included in the internal standard that the company ROTO d.o.o. wants to introduce. The study first presents the area of standardization and various kinds of tools for rotational molding. Then the problem is broken into the area of starting points for the construction and recommendations for the construction. In the end there is a solution for the arrangement of documentation and a shape of the internal standard.
