Abstract
V zadnjem času pogosto zasledimo izraz »družbena odgovornost«. Gre za etično delovanje podjetij, pri čemer podjetja delujejo v korist svojih zaposlenih, potrošnikov in drugih deležnikov, skrbijo za okolje in delujejo v dobrobit ožje lokalne skupnosti ter širše družbe. V kolikor podjetja delujejo družbeno odgovorno jih uvrščamo visoko na družbeni lestvici, v kolikor pa so družbeno neodgovorna gledamo na njih z negativnim predznakom. Tudi logistika kot veda lahko pripomore k družbeno odgovornemu ravnanju, pojavlja pa se vprašanje »ali so logistična podjetja družbeno odgovorna?«. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo definirali družbeno odgovornost ter nekatere njene poglavitne značilnosti. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo nato s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika skušali ugotoviti, ali so logistična podjetja v Sloveniji družbeno odgovorna na naslednjih področjih: skrb za zaposlene in potrošnike, skrb za okolje, odnos do ožje lokalne skupnosti in do širše družbe.

Analysis of corporate social responsibility of logistics companies in Slovenia |
Secondary abstract: |
Nowdays we can frequently observe the term »social responsibility«. It is an ethical behaviour of companies, where companies do business also in the interest of their employees, costumers and other stakeholders, they take care of environment and act in the benefit of local community and society. If companies act in a socially responsible way, we rank them high on the social scale, but if they act in a socially irresponsible way, we mark them as a bad companies. Logistics as a science can also contribute to social responsible behavior, but there is a question, if logistics companies are socially responsible? In the theoretical part of our thesis we defined social responsibility as well as some of its main features. In the emprical part of our thesis we used the questionnarie aimed to find out, if logistics companies in Slovenia are socially responsible in the following areas: taking care for employees and customers, concern for the environment, relationship with the local community and society at large. |
